I'm Kristin and I've dedicated this blog to my self-improvement and the wonderful things in my life. I'm a mental health therapist in Phoenix, Arizona and I've been in this field for about 6 years. 5 weeks of Plexus and counting!

Wow! 5 weeks went by super quick for me. I wanted to post the effects I've seen with myself in just 5 weeks of use. 

I've lost almost 10lbs. I've went down a pant size. I no longer feel lethargic. I have energy that lasts all day. I no longer have sugar cravings throughout the day. I'm no longer bloated and uncomfortable after eating. My mood is happier and more stable. I feel like I get more quality sleep. 

I just can't believe the benefits I've been getting for after 5 weeks of use and I haven't really changed my eating habits or workout habits. The only thing different is I'm drinking Plexus when I wake up and 30 minutes before I eat something. That's it! 

I cannot wait to see what the next 5 weeks do! 

For the next 5 weeks, I want to start being more consistent with the Triplex Combo. I tend to forget to take the Biocleanse between meals and the Probiotic5 at night. So this is my new challenge to be completely on the Triplex Combo by week 10!
